License Request

RemoteView Windows License Information
A RemoteView license is a per-seat license unless you purchased the FlexLM floating licenses. The fixed license entitles you to use the software on the machine for which the license has been purchased. Any number of users may use the software from the same machine. Details of the software license agreement are located here.

Obtaining a License

After you have installed RemoteView from the CD-ROM please do the following:
1. Start RemoteView and wait for the RemoteView License Manager prompt also accessible under the 'HELP' pull down Menu.

2. Select the 'Request License' tab and fill out the form.

3. If you are online with the system click on the E-mail Request button. If you are not print the license request.

4. Fill out this form using the information printed out.

5. You will receive confirmation that this information was mailed to Sensor Systems when you press the submit button on the form above.

Installing a RemoteView Windows license

After you recieve the license back via e-mail follow these steps:|

1. Start RemoteView and wait for the RemoteView License Manager prompt also accessible under the 'HELP' pull down Menu.

2. Select the 'Install License' tab and select the 'Import License' button and navigate to your saved license file.

3. Finally, select 'OK' to install your license
